Today:  Partly cloudy skies are expected for today. Northwest winds are at 5-15 mph. High temperatures warm to the mid to upper 30s. Today is the warmest day in the 10 Day Forecast, so be sure to enjoy it!

Tonight: Mostly cloudy skies move in tonight. Winds shift out of the northeast at 5-10 mph. Low temperatures fall to the mid 20s.

A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for our western and southern counties from 9 AM Friday through noon on Saturday.

Friday: Light snow pushes into our northern and western counties early on Friday, with snow filling into the entire area throughout the day. Snowfall may be its heaviest during the evening commute in our western and southern counties. We could see snowfall rates between a half inch and an inch per hour. East winds gusting to 30 mph may blow snow around in open and rural areas. Road conditions will diminish throughout the day, so please take your time out there if you have to travel. Our far western and southern counties may see 4-8 inches, with less amounts further east. High temperatures rise to the mid to upper 20s by noon and will fall through the afternoon and evening.

Friday Night: Snow continues overnight. Low temperatures fall to around 10 degrees.

Saturday: We’ll see snow wrap up from north to south Saturday morning. Skies open up some. Northeast winds are at 5-10 mph. High temperatures are in the teens.

Next Week: High temperatures are right around normal to start the work week, with a light snow chance on Tuesday.
