Today: Snow has ended and roads are quickly improving with sunshine developing across the region. Road temps are well above freezing. For the rest of today, expect mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 30s. It will be a breezy day with a northwest wind at 10 to 20 mph, gusting to 30 mph.
Tonight: A clear night, with light winds shifting from the northwest to southwest at 5 to 10 mph, and fresh snow will be a perfect combination for a chilly night. Lows fall to the mid and upper teens.
Tuesday: We’ll have a nice warm up with some melting thanks to mostly sunny skies and a breezy southwest wind at 10 to 20 mph, gusting to 30 mph. Highs return to the low and mid 40s.
Wednesday: The warm up is short-lived. A cold front tanks highs to the mid 30s Wednesday as clouds increase. Winds become northwesterly.
Rest of the Week: More accumulating snow looks likely Wednesday night through Thursday night. Winter doesn’t want to quit yet. Heading into Friday and the weekend, highs will be in the 20s with lows in the single in the single digits and close to zero Friday night. Warmer air returns into next week.
