It's a rainy one today.

Today: Our next system is moving in and is beginning to blanket the area with showers and storms throughout much of the morning. Plan on a slower commute and don’t forget an umbrella! Widespread rain lasts through around the early afternoon with a brief break possible before some more scattered showers and storms this afternoon/evening, some of which may be strong. Rainfall amounts will range from 0.25” to 0.75” with isolated higher amounts. Highs today range from the mid 60s north to low 70s south. It’s going to be very windy with a southeast wind at 15 to 25 mph, gusting to 35 mph.

Tonight: Skies clear through tonight with lows plummeting down to the low and mid 40s for most. Winds will be southwesterly at 5 to 15 mph.

Thursday: It’ll be a beautiful day with mostly sunny skies and highs in the mid to upper 60s. Winds will be west-southwesterly at 5 to 10 mph.

Friday: Some light showers push back in Thursday night into Friday morning.  Amounts should be light. Skies remain partly sunny for Friday with highs in the upper 50s. We will be on frost watch for Friday night with lows down to the upper 30s.

Weekend: Saturday is cool and breezy with highs in the low 60s despite sunny skies. We are back to the upper 60s Sunday with sunshine.
