EVANSTON, Ill. (KWWL) -- Iowa took eight of ten matches as the second-ranked Hawkeyes rolled over over No. 23 Northwestern 33-6.

Freshman Drake Ayala opened the meet with another top-10 win, taking down No. 7 Michael DeAugustino. The Hawkeyes dropped the next two matches before taking seven straight to end the dual.

Still, Tom Brands, wanted to see more.

"We won eight matches, and it was kind of ho-hum," the Hawkeye head man said afterward, "Not a positive there."

The Hawkeyes travel to No. 21 Illinois on Sunday.
