CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -- A hearing is scheduled for Monday in Cedar Rapids for the former C.E.O. of troubled meatpacking company Agriprocessors.
A federal judge will hear Sholom Rubashkin's motions to have nearly 100 counts against him dismissed and his trial moved to Minneapolis or Chicago. Rubashkin's attorneys say pre-trial publicity would taint the jury pool in the immigration and bank fraud case.
Stay with KWWL Monday for continued coverage of this hearing.
