DUBUQUE (KWWL) - Dubuque police have one suspect in custody after an armed robbery at the Heartland Boarding house. Another suspect remains at-large Wednesday morning.

Lemuel Taylor is charged with first-degree robbery.

The robbery happened just before 5 p.m. Tuesday. Police say the two men went into the boarding house and demanded cash.

One of the men carried a handgun. Assistant Police Chief Terry Tobin says the men got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

A police tactical team later stormed an apartment building after a tip, but no arrests were made.
