Patrick Wey scored twice, including the game-winning goal in the third period, and the Waterloo Black Hawks doubled the Sioux City Musketeers 6-3 on Joe Pavelski Night at Young Arena.

Adam Pawlick gave the Musketeers the lead 8:09 into the game. Waterloo bounced back with three goals in a 2:10 span, starting with a Jordan Samuels-Thomas tally at 16:11. Thirty-one seconds later, Brock Montpetit put in a rebound, and Wey completed the scoring in the period with a low wrist shot that found the net at 18:21.

Sioux City brought the game to even in the second period with an early goal from Danny Wurden at 2:23 and a late goal on the power play by Stephan Vigier with 44 seconds left in the frame.

Wey had the go-ahead goal during a power play 3:19 into the third period, created by Craig Smith s third assist of the game. George Hughes added another tally on a deflected shot at 14:16, and Derek Arnold scored into an empty net with 34 seconds remaining in regulation.

The Black Hawks now visit their divisional rivals, the Indiana Ice, in Indianapolis Tuesday.
