Traffic stop leads police to drug bust

WATERLOO (KWWL)-- A police chase leads Black Hawk County officials to a methamphetamine bust.

Black Gawk County Sheriff deputies attempted to stop 33-year-old Curtis Radermacher for a traffic violation and were then led on a chase through Waterloo, from Highway 218 to the intersection of Birmingham and Regal.

Radermacher was stopped after running into a deputy patrol car.

Officials found methamphetamine and also located items from a methamphetamine lab in the vehicle.

Rademacher, and a passenger in the vehicle, 25-year-old Melissa McGee face several charges.
