Evansdale teen robbed at gunpoint

EVANSDALE (KWWL) - A 19-year-old man tells police he was robbed at gunpoint near the old Jewett school in Evansdale.
The man says four people took $200 from him... he knew three of them.

Police were able to find the suspects, 16-year-old Daniel Hernandez of Evansdale; 17-year-old Codi Finger and 15-year old Jordon Finger, both of Elk Run Heights; and Jacob Noelting, 16, of Waterloo.

All four teens admitted to their involvement in the robbery and were charged with 1st degree robbery... a class B felony.

Police say there is a possibility this was a narcotics deal gone bad.

Hernandez, Noelting and Codi Finger were booked into the Black Hawk County Jail, and Jordon Finger was taken to the detention center.
