UPDATE: Four victims identified in Greeley Fire

GREELEY (KWWL) - The four children who died in a house fire Wednesday in Greeley have been identified.

Abigail Zeil, 14, Tyler Hansen, 8, Megan Hansen, 7 and Haylee Hansen died in the fire at the Allen and Nicole Hansen residence. All of these children lived at the home according to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office.

Their bodies have been taken to the State Medical Examiner's Office in Ankeny.

The State Fire Marshall said that there was more than one family in the home at the time of the fire.

"I understand that one of the mother's at the home went to a neighbors house and made the (phone) call," said Delaware County Emergency Management Directory Mike Ryan.

There were several survivors who were taken to the hospital. One person was transported to Iowa City with a spinal injury. Family friends say this person is Nicole Hansen, the mother of the children who died. Friends of the family told KWWL-TV that she broke her back after jumping from a second-story window.

The State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of the fire.

The Greeley United Methodist Church is collecting donations for the families involved.  Send donations to the Hanson or Long family c/o Greeley United Methodist Church; P.O. Box 48; Greeley, IA 52050.
