If you eat at night, are you more likely to gain weight?  The answer is no.  A study found obese women reported eating more at night than women of normal weight, but it turns out, night eaters consume more calories overall.  It doesn't matter what time of day or night you eat, weight gain happens if you bring in more calories than you burn.
