50 crashes estimated for northeastern Iowa

CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -- As of 11:30 a.m., the Iowa State Patrol said there were approximately 50 crashes on Iowa highways and interstates in northeastern Iowa Tuesday.

All of these accidents were property damage only.

Iowa State Patrol District #9 which covers Black Hawk, Bremer, Butler, Franklin, Grundy and Hardin counties estimated ten crashes.

District #10 which covers Allamakee, Buchanan, Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Fayette and Winneshiek counties also had around ten crashes so far Tuesday.  Most of those wrecks occured in Allamakee county.
