Woman killed in Fort Dodge high speed accident

FORT DODGE (KWWL)-- One person is dead and three others are recovering Sunday morning after an accident in Fort Dodge.

The Iowa State Patrol says 25-year-old Jessica Nickless of Fort Dodge was killed when the vehicle she was riding in went off the side of a bridge and down an embankment.

The vehicle then hit railroad tracks, ejecting Nickless from the vehicle.

She was not wearing a seatbelt.

Police say the driver, 21-year-old Abram Urbina-Galvin, also of Fort Dodge, was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control on the curve leading to the bridge.
