Long Term Recovery office remains open

WATERLOO (KWWL) -- For many who lost their homes in this year's natural disasters, every day can be a struggle.

Disaster victims are reminded that the Black Hawk County Disaster Long Term Recovery office is still open for help. The office is located at the Kimball Ridge Center in Waterloo.

They say they'll try their best to bring back what people had before the floods.

"We're going to try and help them back to what they call a new normal. We may not get them back to the way they were, but we want to help them get back to moving forward," said Joanna Diehl, Long Term Recovery.

You can contact the disaster long term recovery office by calling 319-272-2465.
