Agriprocessors manager charged Wednesday

CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -- Wednesday former Agriprocessors plant manager, Sholom Rubashkin, was charged with "conspiracy to harbor undocumented immigrants for financial gain, aiding and abetting document fraud, and aiding and abetting aggravated identity theft."

He was released just before 5 o'clock under very specific conditions: he must wear a GPS tracking device, surrender his passport as well as his spouse's passport, and his travel is restricted to northern Iowa.

He also has a one million dollar appearance bond, with half of that due at the end of the business day November 5th.

Ruboshkin's attorney, Motgomery Brown says they're releived and hope from here on out, hope he's treated fair.
