OELWEIN (KWWL) -- New Hampton enters the final game of the regular season with a good chance of making the playoffs, but the Chickasaws need a victory over an Oelwein team looking to play the role of spoiler.

It looked good for Husky fans early on. Time and time again the Chickasaws would have long drive after long drive in the first have stall in Husky territory. The first quarter would end in zero - zero tie.

The second quarter started out on the right foot for the Huskies.  Oelwein Quarterback Paul Yokas from the shotgun would pull a counter and hands the ball off to number six Matthew Kastli who would sprint down the sideline for a 49 yard touchdown. This would be the only score in the first half.

The Huskies would start the second half throwing two interceptions which lead to two scores for the Chickasaws.  New Hampton wins 14 to 7 and makes it into the playoffs.
