UNI's Grace questionable with knee injury

Posted:

Cedar Falls, Iowa -- Next Saturday may mark the first career start for redshirt freshman Zach Davis.  That's due to the fact that UNI Quarterback Pat Grace went down with a knee injury late in the Panther's victory over North Dakota State, and his current status is unknown.

The kicker may be the fact that grace already had a brace on his other knee, which could make his return this week more unlikely, but coach farley says that right now-- everyone's just in wait and see mode--

"He was playing and that other one wasn't very good in the first place.  You saw the brace on that one.  We'll just have to wait and see.  A lot of it depends on how much swelling he had, and we'll go with that."

If Grace can't go Zach Davis will get his first career start next at Youngstown State.
