GALENA, ILL. (KWWL) -- Week four of the David Damm trial resumes Monday morning.

The prosecution is expected to rest its case at that time.

Damm is charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy and kidnapping in the Oct. 27, 2006, death of Donnisha Hill.

Investigators contend that Damm hired Bruce Burt to kill the 13-year-old to keep her from testifying about sexual abuse.

Hill's body was found in a rural area east of Galena, and Burt testified for the prosecution as part of a plea agreement.
