Researchers at Wayne State University say they've developed a vaccine that reduced her2-positive tumors in mice -- without side effects.
Scientists say the vaccine could be used to treat women with this aggressive form of cancer, help prevent a recurrence, and could even be given to healthy women to prevent the development of these tumors.
