Dike-New Hartford Ruins Hudson's Perfect Start

Posted:

DIKE (KWWL) -- Hudson went to Dike looking to start 3-0 for the first time since 1994 but the Wolverines had other ideas responding to the Pirates opening score with 20 unanswered points in a 20-6 win.

Hudson scored on their 3rd possession when quarterback Ben Folladori threw a screen pass to Channing Puls on 2nd and 16.  Puls went 26 yards for the touchdown making it 6-0 Hudson.

Then on the ensuing kickoff, Mike Perez took the ball 98 yards to the house and Dike-New Hartford had the lead quicker than they gave it up.

The Wolverines went on to win 20-6.
