Nominations are out for 2018 Emmy awards

The nominations are out for this year's 70th Emmy awards honoring TV's best work in front of, and behind, the camera. 

The field for Best Drama includes two-time winner "Game of Thrones", which had to sit out last year's awards because of production delays. Overall, the series led the with 22 nominations. 

Its Best Drama rivals include last year's winner "The Handmaid's Tale", "The Americans", "The Crown", "Stranger Things", NBC's "This is Us" and "Westworld". 

HBO's reigning champ "VEEP" isn't eligible for Best Comedy this year, that field includes "Atlanta", which led all comedies with 16 nominations. There's also HBO's first series "Barry", "Black-ish", "Curb Your Enthusiast", Netflix rookie "Glow", Amazon's "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel", "Silicon Valley" and "The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt". 

The filed for Best Actor in a Drama includes Jason Bateman of "Ozarks", last year's winner, Sterling K. Brown of "This is Us", Ed Harris of "Westworld", Matthew Rhys of "The Americans", and two stars from HBO's "Westworld", Ed Harris and Jeffrey Wright. 

The field for Best Actress in a Drama includes Claire Foy of "The Crown", Tatiana Maslany of "Orphan Black", last year's winner, Elisabeth Moss of "The Handmaid's Tale", Sandra Oh of "Killing Eve", Keri Russell of "The Americans" and Evan Rachel Wood of "Westworld". 

The Emmy awards will air Monday, September 17th on NBC, hosted by "Saturday Night Live's" Colin Jost and Michael Che.
