Very humid air is in place and will hang around through Monday morning. The sky is mostly clear tonight and mostly sunny Thursday. A few storms are possible across southern Minnesota during the afternoon. At this point, the storms appear to stay north of the state line leaving eastern Iowa mostly sunny most of the day. A HEAT ADVISORY is in effect Thursday afternoon as the heat index will range from 95-105. The same situation continues through the night with any storms possible along the Iowa/Minnesota state line and north.
Friday through Monday morning a few storms are possible from time to time. Any storms that do form will bring locally heavy rain. The humidity level drops Monday and is lower through the middle of next week with dry conditions.
