DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

According to our media partners at the Telegraph Herald, deputies arrested a man for allegedly urinating on the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center.

They say this happened Sunday night.

Perry D. Nelson, 36, was arrested at 9:32 p.m., on charges of public intoxication, public urination and interference with official acts.

According to the Telegraph Herald, court documents say deputies confronted Nelson, who “gave a blank stare” and mumbled a few words. He allegedly resisted while he was arrested and booked into jail.
