Iowa-based company recalls jars of dried beef

Pinnacle Foods Inc., a company out of Fort Madison, is recalling beef products due to processing issues that could lead to food poisoning.
According to the USDA, the processing deviation may have led to "staphylococcal enterotoxin" and "clostridial toxian contamination."
Glass jars containing 2.25 oz. "Armour Ground & Formed Sliced Dried Beef" with dates January 7, 2021 - January 11, 2021 and April 16, 2021 - April 19, 2021, and lot codes 0707011Y11, 0708011Y11, 0709011Y11, 0710011Y11, 0711011Y11, 0715041Y11, 0716041Y11, 0717041Y11, 0718041Y11 and 0719041Y11 are being recalled.
They are also recalling 4.5 oz. glass jars of "Armour Ground & Formed Sliced Dried Beef" with dates January 23, 2012 - January 25, 2021 and April 22, 2021 with the following lot codes: 0723011Y11, 0724011Y11, 0725011Y11 and 0722041YW1.
At this time, there are no confirmed reports of sickness from the dried beef. 
If you have them, you're encouraged to throw them away or return them to the store where you bought them.
