Five arrested after police raid in Fayette County

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 4957 R Ave. in Oelwein, following an investigation that led authorities to believe there was stolen property at the home. 

During the search, police found a 2007 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Motorcycle, which was stolen out of Grundy County. 

Jeremiah Willam Larson Jr., 40, of Oelwein, was arrested and charged with Theft in the First Degree, a C Felony, Possession of Controlled substance 3rd Offense D Felony, and Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Unlawfully Used D Felony.

If convicted, Larson could face up to 10 years in prison on the C Felony Theft 1st Degree and up to 5 years each on the controlled substance charges (D Felonies).

Kristy Leigh Hall, 23, of Oelwein, was also arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear. Hall was also charged with Possession of drug paraphernalia, simple misdemeanor.

Darren Garth Peyton, 35, of Calmar, was arrested on a Parole Violation Warrant, no bond hold. 

Sabrina May Reisner, 30, of West Union, was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Simple Misdemeanor.

Sean David Reisner, 27, of West Union, was arrested and charged with Driving While License Barred, an Aggravated Misdemeanor.

All five people were arrested and taken to the Fayette County Jail. Other charges are pending at this time.
