ST. PAUL, Mn. (KARE) -- After threats made to a student were reported to police, an investigation led to the discovery of firearms, ammunition, and explosives at a residence in St. Paul, Minnesota.

According to our NBC affiliate KARE, a threat to a student, made by another student, and reported to the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office by a parent in the past 24 hours prompted an investigation by Ramsey County Deputies, in which a search warrant was obtained, then executed at a residence today.

During a search of the residence, Deputies discovered a cache of firearms, ammunition, at least one ballistic vest, and explosive devices. The Saint Paul Bomb Squad and Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) agents responded to the scene. One juvenile and two adults are in custody. Ramsey County Deputies remain on the scene.
