(NBC) -

Instant Pot is responding to reports of melted multicookers.

In a Facebook post, Instant Pot says it has received "a small number of reports" of the "Gem 65 Eight-in-One Multicookers" overheating.

They say that can cause "localized melting damage to the underside of the product."

Instant Pot says the problem only affects batch codes 1728, 1730, 1731, 1734, AND 1746. This number is located on the bottom right of the silver label on the underside of the product.

They have not issued a recall, but says they are working with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

As of now, consumers with affected models should stop using them immediately.
