Iowan is a two-time Olympian

Jean Prahm is a two-time Team USA Olympic athlete in the bobsled.

She was a top driver for Team USA for more than a decade.

She raced racing several years using her maiden name, Jean Racine, before her marriage to Ryan Prahm.

Not only a two-time Olympian, Prahm is a two-time World Cup Champion and six-time United States Champion.

Jean helped make Olympic history in the 2002, when she and braker, Gea Johnson, competed for Team USA in the Salt Lake City Olympics.

It was the first time women's bobsled was recognized as an Olympic Sport.

Prahm talked about her Olympics experience recently at Garner Elementary School in North Liberty,where her three children attend school.
