State Bowling is postponed due to weather

Posted: Updated:

The Class 2A co-ed state bowling tournament scheduled for Tuesday, February 20 at Cadillac XBC in Waterloo has been postponed to Thursday, February 22 by the IHSAA and IGHSAU due to inclement weather and adverse driving conditions across the state.

The IHSAA and IGHSAU made the decision during Monday morning’s Class 1A bowling tournament in Waterloo.

The Class 3A bowling tournament, scheduled for Wednesday, February 21, will continue on as previously scheduled. The only current format adjustment to the three-day tournament is Class 2A’s delay from playing on Tuesday to playing on Thursday. The Class 3A and Class 2A tournaments will still begin at 10 a.m. each day.
