Patriots player Rob Gronkowski finds his home robbed after Super Bowl

Posted: Updated:

The New England Patriots lost Super Bowl 52, and now one of their star players is reporting his house was robbed.

While in Minnesota for the game, Rob Gronkowski's home in Massachusetts was robbed. He got home on Monday, after spending a week in Minnesota.

A police report says the suspects broke in through a window and raided several rooms.

Here's what was said in the 911 call:

"911, where is your emergency."
"Hello, this isn't an emergency. This is um, this is Rob Gronkowski calling and while I was gone, my whole house got robbed, uh, while I was on a Super Bowl trip. I just got back."

Several items are now missing; the police report indicates the thieves may have gotten away with multiple safes and guns.

No word yet if anyone's been arrested after the incident.
