Denver hammers Central City 44-0 to finish District season unbeaten

The Denver Cyclones look to go into the playoffs with some momentum taking on a Central Springs team wanting to finish on a high note...

Denver scores on its first possession...Riley Wight takes the handoff and sprints 19 yards for the score to give the Cyclones a 7-0 lead.

Early in the second quarter, Denver gets into the endzone again.. B McMahon scores from three yards out to make it 14-0.

Denver takes advantage of a Central Springs turnover for its third score...Quarterback Sam Joerger keeps it for the two yard touchdown... The Cyclones with a commanding 21-0 lead on central springs.

Denver head coach Rhett Barrett's squad is playing its best football of the season...

With a little over a minute left in the first half--- Cyclone quarterback Sam Joerger fakes the hand-off and takes off... making a nice juke on his way to a 78 yard touchdown run...To give Denver a 28-0 lead at halftime...

Denver rolls to a 44-0 victory and will take a seven game winning streak into the playoffs.
