Posted: Updated:
CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) -

Today there will be a meeting in the Cedar Valley focused on bullying. Anyone is welcome to attend.

The meeting is happening at Prairie Lakes Church in Cedar Falls.

It will be from  6:30 to 8 tonight. The title of the meeting is, "Teaching and Encouraging Resiliency in Our Youth: A Response to Bullying."

This meeting will be all about looking at bullying from a different angle.

It's focus is how can we better prepare ourselves and our kids for bullying.

It's about what parents can do, what educators can do, what business leaders, and what students can do.

If  you're interested in attending, there is a short survey you're asked to fill out. Click here for that survey.

Police Chief Dan Trelka, Cedar Fall's Dave Lipinski, and Hudson Guidance Counselor Robert Driscoll will be leading the meeting.
