The Hawkeyes are a big underdog..as they face the big challenge of slowing down Nittany Lion tailback Saquon Barkley.

The all-American and Heisman Trophy candidate shredded the Hawks last year in Penn State's 41-14 victory at Happy Valley.

Completely stopping Barkley and the potent Penn State offense is obviously a tall task for any defense. The Hawks talked about what they are facing Saturday and how to defend it.

Josey Jewell, Iowa Linebacker says,  "He's a powerful guy and he can also move laterally so it is just understanding what he can do in a certain space and try and get everybody rallied to the football.."

Parker Hess, Iowa Defensive End says, "His ability to catch the ball and his speed to get out in space and once he is out in space he is hard to bring down so I think that makes him really tough and really unique."

And Iowa Linebacker Bo Bowers say it will be a great challenge, "He is very explosive he is fast he can run and catch the ball we are going to have to use great pursuit on him and all the players they have many good players and just rock and roll with the ball."
