Saturday's Record Highs Saturday's Record Highs

Hot, hot, hot.  That's the story for the first full weekend of fall, believe it or not.  Tonight, temperatures only drop to the upper 60s with a clear sky.  It will be humid, with a south wind diminishing to 5-10 mph.  For Saturday, it will be mostly sunny, hot and humid. There may be a few fair weather clouds by the afternoon.  Highs will be in the upper 80s to lower 90s with a south wind 5-15 mph.

Sunday won't be as hot, but temperatures will remain well above average in the middle and upper 80s.  We'll also have a few more clouds.  This is ahead of a slow moving cold front that will track in Monday and Tuesday, providing a slight chance for rain and thunderstorms.  Behind the front, finally, fall-like temperatures by the middle of the week.
