Lions, tigers, no bears, but a leopard were all found in a barn in Arkansas.

These exotic animals were found in Weiner County. Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Wildlife officers discovered seven tigers, six lions and one leopard in cages when they responded to a call for assistance from the Poinsett County Sheriff's Office at 11:00 p.m. Saturday.

The Sheriff's Office received an anonymous tip about the large cats in the cages, seen through the building's open door.

Officers spoke with the owner of the animals of the shop, who said the animals were waiting for shipment to Germany by airplane tomorrow.

Major Brad Young with the AGFC says wildlife officers will be posted around the clock to ensure the animals remain contained, and will escort them to the Tennessee state line, where they will be met by Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency personnel before they continue their journey.

Sheriff Molder says this is something his department has never dealt with before.
