Man found guilty of voluntary manslaughter, first-degree robbery in Key West trial

UPDATE: The third man charged with first-degree murder in the robbery and shooting of a Key West man was convicted, Tuesday.

Jurors reduced the charge and convicted Eric Campbell Jr. of voluntary manslaughter and first-degree robbery in connection to the April 2016 death of 21-year-old Collin Brown.

Black Hawk County jurors deliberated for nearly eight hours over two days. 

Campbell's trial was moved to Waterloo to ensure a fair jury could be picked.

A man is found guilty of First Degree Murder and First Degree Robbery.  A jury convicted Tacari Minifee, according to our coverage partners at the Telegraph Herald.

He was one of eight people arrested in connection to the home invasion and death of 21-year-old Collin Brown.  Brown was shot to death in Key West on April 2, 2016.

The following are also facing charges:

Eric Campbell, 30, Murder 1st/Robbery 1st

Taylor Shaw, 21, Murder 1st/Robbery 1st

Adrianna Chica, 19, Robbery 2nd

Corby Yager, 20, Robbery 2nd

Jeremy Dukes, 21, Conspiracy to commit a felony

Savanna Stotlar, 31, Robbery 2nd.

Imere Hall was found guilty of murder and robbery earlier this year.
