Waterloo man facing gun charges

A Waterloo man, whose brother was charged with trying to join ISIS, is facing weapons charges.
Wayne Jones, 38, faces charges for unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition as a convicted felon and unlawful drug user. Jones was arrested in Kenosha County, Wisconsin earlier this year. 
At that time, Jones' brother Joseph was also arrested, charged with trying to join ISIS; Joseph was arrested in Zion, Illinois. 
If convicted on his weapons charge, Wayne Jones could face 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
