Learn how to use Waterloo's new bike lanes

Confused about the new bike lanes on Park Avenue in Waterloo? This City is pushing a campaign to teach people how to use them.
Park Avenue recently switched from 4 lanes to 2 with bike lanes with a goal of increase bike access. 
The City is launching a Bike Friendly Waterloo campaign, aimed at helping people learn about the new lanes. 
Throughout August, several demonstrations will be offered to teach people about the lanes.
 
Thursday, August 17 at Riverloop Expo Plaza at 5:15 p.m.
Friday, August 18 at Friday'Loo in Lincoln Park from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, August 19 at the Waterloo Downtown Farmers Market in the Riverloop Expo Plaza from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Friday, August 25 at Riverloop Rhythms at the Riverloop Amphitheater from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, August 27 at SingleSpeed Brewing Company in Downtown Waterloo from 10:00 a.m. - noon
