Kurt Warner inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame

Kurt Warner is now officially a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

He was inducted into the elite group during an enshrinement ceremony Saturday night.

The star quarterback has been in Canton, Ohio for much of the week for festivities leading up to Saturday's ceremony. Originally from Burlington, Warner has strong roots in Iowa. He attended high school in Cedar Rapids before starring for the Northern Iowa Panthers. He also played for the Iowa Barnstormers of the Arena Football League.

As a professional, Warner won a Super Bowl with the St. Louis Rams and was named Super Bowl XXXIV Most Valuable Player.

He later played in another Super Bowl with the Arizona Cardinals. Warner will be inducted alongside LaDainian Tomlinson, Terrell Davis, Jerry Jones, Jason Taylor, Morten Andersen and Kenny Easley.
