UPDATE: A woman accused of beating her ex-husband to death with a baseball bat will go on trial later this year.  63-year-old Dolores Flynn was found competent to stand trial after several evaluations.  Her trial is set for November 28.

She's facing second degree murder charges in the death of 72-year-old Gary Breckenridge.  His body was found in the 29-hundred block of Jackson St. in January of 2016.

Police later found his ex-wife, Flynn, at a local laundromat.  Flynn allegedly told a family member she hit Breckenridge multiple times with a bat and hid it in a ditch near the home.

Investigators later found the bat, and traffic cameras in the area apparently show Flynn walking to and from the spot where the bat was found.  She was later arrested at Mercy Hospital.
