The humidity returns today with dewpoints climbing into the mid to upper 60s... and goes even higher tomorrow.... back into the 70s! A few storms may track through our northern counties and may get as far south as Highway 20, if they hold together long enough. Highs will be in the upper 70s to mid 80s today but climb into the upper 70s to upper 80s tomorrow. Heat indices will approach 100 in some areas on Wednesday.

A front tracking through will set off storms in the area. We may have a few in the morning, but strong to severe storms may track through in the afternoon and evening. Wind and hail are the main threats, along with torrential rainfall, but an isolated tornado may also develop with this system. A few storms may linger into Thursday morning before we have a few dry days through the weekend.
