Four arrested, meth found during search of Fayette house

FAYETTE COUNTY (KWWL) -

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office says four people have been arrested and meth has been seized after a house is searched.

Officers say they executed a search warrant on the home, which is located in the 400 block of West Water Street in Fayette around 3 p.m. Monday. A release on the investigation says more than $1,500 in cash that came from selling stolen property was found inside the house, along with Methamphetamine and "many items of drug paraphernalia."

Four people were arrested at the scene. 33-year-old Joshua Sargent lives at the home, and officers say he's charged with being a Felon in Control of a Firearm, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

The other arrests and charges, according to the Fayette County Sheriff's Office, are as follows:

- Jesus Vargas, age 36 from Postville, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

- Marva Seeders, age 60 from Milford, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

- Cynthia Robertson, age 41 of Bristol, Tennessee, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
