Winneshiek County Sheriffs asking for your help to find dog in biting incident

The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help to find a dog accused of biting a person near Freeport.

A person says they were bit in the leg while on a bike trail. The dog was described as an all-white, muscular, short-haired, medium- sized dog around 50-60 pounds.

The owner was described as a thin man, with short brown hair  in his 50's or 60's.

When the victim asked the owner what his name was, he responded with “Julius Rambunctious.” The owner then took his dog and left.
