Man charged with murder, accused of killing mom

A man is charged with murder accused of killing his mother.
Joseph Hubbard faces 2nd degree murder charges in the death of 56-year-old Deborah Roman.
According to criminal complaints Hubbard was arrested on December 2nd; he was found running around naked.
When that happened, he was taken into police custody and, according to court documents, he told police he had killed his mother.
Police dispatched to the home they shared where they found the body of 56-year-old Deborah Roman.
Court documents say Hubbard told officers he killed Roman by shoving a rotten apple down her throat.
The State Medical Examiner's Office confirmed Hubbard's claim with an autopsy, they say they found apple in Roman's throat.
The morning of December 2nd, Hubbard is accused of breaking into New Beginnings church on Boyson road where he stripped and poured gasoline inside.
He later allegedly punched a man at the church in the face. Police later found his clothes doused in gasoline inside the shed of the church. 
Hubbard has been charged with arson, burglary and assault tied to those crimes.
