Eastern Iowa Police are looking for a missing boy with special needs.  13-year-old Emir Beganovic, of Waterloo, was last seen Wednesday afternoon at 2:50 in the 3800 block of Pine View Pl.

He was wearing a red and black jacket, brown pants, blue shoes, black hat, black gloves, and a black backpack.  He needs seizure medicine which he does not have on him.
