Two people led Dubuque police on a high-speed chase after shoplifting from area stores.

It happened Saturday night as they responded to a call regarding theft at Best Buy. The suspects took four Sony Playstations, leaving in a red Plymouth Breeze with Wisconsin license plates.

Traffic cameras were used to track the car at WalMart. When officers arrived, the suspects were seen driving away at a high speed. They stole five X-Boxes from the WalMart.

During the chase, the suspect vehicle struck a parked car on Grandview Avenue, causing minor damage.

It came to a stop on Laurel Street and the suspects ran away.

Officers later found Christopher J. Moore, 25, of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin at the Glenview Hotel and arrested him. He's charged with two counts of 2nd Degree Theft, Interference With Official Acts, and Providing False Information.

Police are still looking for the second suspect.
