Iowa State kicker Cole Netten was named the Big 12 Special Teams Player of the Week. Netten hit 4 out of 4 field goal attempts and tacked on an extra point in the Cyclones' season ending loss against West Virginia.

The four field goals of 40, 28, 32, and 31 yards marked the most by an Iowa State kicker in a game since the 2007 season.
