Police have identified the four people killed in the crash of an air-ambulance flight in northern Nevada.

Elko Police Chief Brian Reed say the victims of the crash Friday night were pilot Yuji Irie; medical staff members Jake Sheppard of Utah and Tiffany Urresti of Elko; and patient Edward Clohesey of Spring Creek, Nevada. Reed did not have ages or hometown information for Irie and Sheppard.

He did not have an age for Clohesey. The chief says Urresti was a volunteer firefighter in Elko.

Reed says Clohesey was being taken by American Medflight from Elko to the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City.

The chief says that one minute after taking off, the plane made a sharp turn and fell to the Barrick Gold Corp. parking lot, which was filled with cars. Reed says no one on the ground was injured.
