3.5 million combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are being recalled

3.5 million combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are being recalled. It involves Kidde Nighthawk talking combo smoke and carbon monoxide alarms manufactured from June of 2014 through December of 2010.

The alarms can fail to chirp when it reaches its seven year end of life if the batteries are replaced.

So far, eight reports of incidents. No reports of injuries.
