GREENE (KWWL) -

At first glance, the Dralley family's home looks perfectly fine, but just a few days ago it was covered by flood waters.

The family's home was engulfed by the Shell Rock River last week, today they are cleaning out their soaked basement.

The homeowner says, everything down there is ruined, including the furnace, the electrical breaker panel and the hot water heater.

The Dralley children range from 4 to 16-years old, their mother says her four kids are nervous.

"They think our house is ruined and we aren't going to be able to live here anymore," said Erin Dralley, Greene. "That really put it into perspective you know having our house just sitting there in the middle of like a little island and we just knew we were gonna have to just wait and see what the damage was," said Dralley.

The homeowner says she hopes to be out of the camper and back in her home within a week.
